This is not the first time that fans have shared Witcher-themed Animal Crossing: New Horizons content. Last year, some content based on the Netflix series was shared, with players creating outfits based on the show’s depiction of Yennefer and using the logo for their island flag. With the catchy song “Toss A Coin To Your Witcher” also included as an island tune, fans have done their best to customize their characters and islands. Now, Redditor ButIDigress79 has showcased their village, which looks like it was pulled straight out of The Witcher games.

One neat touch is seen before the tour even begins, as ButIDigress79 shows that their character is modeled off Triss Merigold. The fiery red hair is unmistakable, with the outfit also being spot-on. Another great touch sees Triss putting on a hood before stepping into the city, a great callback to her time in Novigrad during The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. As soon as the player crosses a bridge and steps foot into the carefully crafted city, viewers will surely be blown away by the detail.

There are several memorable areas in the Animal Crossing: New Horizons player’s town, such as the shop stands run by the ever-popular Gyroids. A dock with some boats is included, as is a blacksmith resembling the places where Geralt would go to upgrade his armor and swords. A particularly dark detail sees one of the pyres used to burn criminals in The Witcher universe included as well. With even a fast travel signpost visible, the Redditor has done an excellent job of replicating the feel of The Continent. For players who want to see more of the area, the Redditor shared an in-progress video, this time being dressed like Yennefer.

Part of what makes the town work so well is the various types of flooring used, and ButIDigress79 was kind enough to share the creator codes for the items with other Animal Crossing: New Horizons players. With Brick and Cobblestone, as well as the small Notes meant to resemble The Witcher’s job boards, it should be possible to make a similar town. Players will also need the castle walls that were added alongside the Happy Home Paradise DLC, as they add a lot to the aesthetic.

Unsurprisingly, Animal Crossing: New Horizons players have praised the fan’s work, with the post bringing in over 6,000 upvotes and comments that call the town “beautiful.” For those that love The Witcher universe, crafting an area like this could be worth the effort.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available now on Nintendo Switch.
