However, there are several types of insects that actively try to attack the player’s character. These are usually the wasps, scorpions, tarantulas, and mosquitoes in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. In the player’s video they showed they were attacked by three of the four aggressive insect types, and fellow fans of the life sim game will likely find it funny to witness.

On Reddit, user moominesque shared a short video of how their in-game character was being attacked simultaneously by a scorpion, mosquito, and horde of wasps in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. According to the Redditor, staging the situation took them several hours to accomplish. This is understandable given that insects in Animal Crossing: New Horizons spawn at random times. What’s more, getting a scorpion to show up at the same time as the player is able to shake down a wasp nest and get a mosquito to spawn is definitely a rare occurrence.
Fellow fans of Animal Crossing: New Horizons were curious about why the Redditor decided to pour hours into creating this specific bug situation. Moominesque simply answered that it was because they thought it was possible. Others asked which of the Animal Crossing: New Horizons bugs in the video were able to get their attack in first. The Redditor shared that the scorpion attacked really quickly and was able to sting them before the wasps or mosquito.
Fortunately, none of the insect bites in Animal Crossing: New Horizons are dangerous to the player. Scorpion and tarantula bites send players back home while wasp stings bang up the player’s character’s face. However, it is quite interesting to see that an Animal Crossing: New Horizons fan was able to get such a specific situation together. Hopefully they will create more of these videos, and share their crazy in-game adventures with the rest of the community.
